Summary/Objective: The Parts Clerk is responsible for running parts pick up, assist in delivering and picking up parts under the supervision of Shop Foreman. Parts Clerk will also assist with other duties as assigned.
Pick up and delivers parts as instructed by Shop Foreman
Make sure that shop is clean and well organized
Processes and tracks ordered parts
Operates computer to document repairs parts and charged to correct repair orders on a daily basis, may be required to preform spot inventory
Monitors and report all safety-related issues as related to the shop area or any location where maintenance is being preformed
Monitors communications and respond to off-site requests for assistance
Available to respond to emergency pick-up and delivery after hours including nights, weekends and Holidays
Perform other duties as required.
Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED
Must have C class Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
