Sales Assistant/Sales Coordinator

Position Summary

Summary/Objective:   Under the direction of the Sales Office Manager, the Sales Assistant coordinates and supports Sales department in all areas of the produce sale proce

Essential Functions:

  • Prepare and submit statistical data, sales analysis and reporting
  • Provide support to the Sales teams in various topics such as: Certificate to customers and distributors, daily contacts with Supply Chain to ensure timely products allocation, draft secrecy agreements and any other relevant administrative documentation.
  • Customer contact mainly by phone
  • Ensure administrative activities such as: schedule and organize meetings, conferences, travel itineraries, visas, organize phone conference, visit of customers / agents / distributors, prepare presentations, notes, charts, tables, graphic for meeting.
  • Ensure filing of important documents (contracts, agreements, rebates…)
  • Ensure that agency commissions / customer rebates are consequently recorded into NAV
  • Act as back up for other Sales Support within the department
  • Ensure that all activities are in line with Environment, Health and Safety principles and International Trade Compliance
  • Other duties as assigned

 Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent field
  • Experience in produce is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
  • NAV computer knowledge is a plus
