Located in the heart of the fertile Central Valley of California since 1950. Fowler Packing is one of the largest family owned farming operations in the Central Valley. We supply consistent quality products that can be found in the produce department of grocery stores nationwide under the SamSons and Peelz Labels.

Summary/Objective: The Parts Clerk is responsible for running parts pick up, assist in delivering and picking up parts under the supervision of Shop Foreman. Parts Clerk will also assist with other duties as assigned.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Essential Functions:

  • Pick up and delivers parts as instructed by Shop Foreman
  • Make sure that shop is clean and well organized
  • Processes and tracks ordered parts
  • Operates computer to document repairs parts and charged to correct repair orders on a daily basis, may be required to preform spot inventory
  • Monitors and report all safety-related issues as related to the shop area or any location where maintenance is being preformed
  • Monitors communications and respond to off-site requests for assistance
  • Available to respond to emergency pick-up and delivery after hours including nights, weekends and Holidays
  • Perform other duties as required.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have C class Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
  • Must pass Pre-employment drug screen, and MVR check
  • Bilingual preferred

Environment Factors and Conditions/Physical Requirements

  • Sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
