Summary/Objective: The data entry clerk’s primary responsibility is to enter data quickly and accurately into our company systems.This highly organized individual will work internally with management and other office staff members on a daily basis.
Able to pay extreme attention to detail and be excellent with numbers.
Ability to compile reports, tables and pivots.
Capable of maintaining high level of concentration in a fast-paced work environment.
Good time-management with ability to prioritize tasks and projects.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Must be prompt and dependable (excellent attendance)
Ability to work extended hours and some Saturdays
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
College degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an office setting.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Agrian and/or Famous software a plus.
Experience preferably in a farming or agriculture operation.
Bilingual is a plus.
